I Want To Do Yoga Save Animals Take Naps
Yoga can be something you are doing when you wake up in the morning. Stretching arms up over head, tilting your ear from shoulder to shoulder, or reaching down to touch your toes are all a form of yoga postures. Why not get into a routine that has a little bit of a flow? Try some of my other yoga flows here.
I created a little easy flow that allows the body to warm up in the morning. This all could be done in bed too! Sometimes a towel or blanket under the knees can be comfortable in this position. Allowing the body to move freely and not worry about looking exactly like these pictures is more important.

- Knee to Nose
- Opening Chest Up. Rotating that Neck to Fingertips
