Halloween comes but once a year and why not have a little spooky themed yoga flow? Even if it’s not the holiday that everyone likes to celebrate, it can be fun to incorporate music and yoga postures with the spooky day.
Here are some of my favorite songs to flow to during the month of October. It’s even trickier to encourage students to keep their eyes closed during their flow! A Halloween class is the perfect time to try teaching Slow Burn. Here is a link from my past Halloween Flow.
